A few days ago, 20,000 sticks produced by Shanxi Yukun Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. were sent to South Korea. This is the 8th export of edible mushroom sticks in Lanxian County, Shanxi Province this year. At present, the company has exported 180,000 sticks of mushroom sticks, and it is estimated that a total of 10 million sticks of edible mushroom sticks will be exported from Lan County to foreign countries this year.

The cultivation of edible fungus is one of the emerging industry projects in Lan County to increase income and become rich. In recent years, Lan County has adapted measures to local conditions, accelerated the production and construction of edible fungus bases, made good industrial development plans and brand building, continued to expand industry coverage, improved market competitiveness, and created a complete industry chain of edible fungi.

The enterprise integrates the cultivation and sales of mushrooms and fungus, and adopts the form of "company + village committee + cooperative + farmer" to "unify varieties, unify purchase of raw materials, unify production of mushroom sticks, unify arrangement of time for fruiting, unify cultivation and picking "Personnel, unified level and classified sale" six unified standard operations.

At present, this company has exported nearly 180,000 edible fungus sticks to South Korea, driving 110 poor households and immigrants to find employment. According to the person in charge of the company, the annual output of fungus sticks this year will reach 15 million sticks, of which 10 million sticks are exported, which can create income of 8 million US dollars. The company will also produce green edible fungi, organic edible fungi, intensively processed mushroom biscuits, mushroom sauce, mushroom powder and other series of products, and through brand building, drive more products out of the country.
