In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of my country and the "Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism of Brunei Darussalam on Inspection, Quarantine and Veterinary Hygiene Requirements for Brunei’s Aquatic Products Exported to China", Brunei aquaculture will now be imported The requirements for inspection and quarantine of aquatic products shall be announced. It will be implemented on August 4, 2021.

02 Announcement No. 60 of 2021 of the General Administration of Customs, Announcement on Carrying out Sampling Inspection of Import and Export Commodities Except Statutory Inspection Commodities in 2021

In accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodities Inspection" and its implementation regulations, the General Administration of Customs has decided to conduct random inspections on some import and export commodities other than the statutory inspection commodities from the date of this announcement. Sampling inspections are carried out in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Import and Export Commodities Sampling Inspections" (previously issued by Order No. 39 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and amended by Order No. 238 of the General Administration of Customs). It will be implemented on August 12, 2021.

05 Announcement No. 63 of 2021 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the General Administration of Customs on preventing the introduction of Dominican African swine fever into my country

On July 30, 2021, the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) announced that 2 African swine fever outbreaks occurred in Dominica, involving 842 domestic pigs in susceptible animals. In order to protect the safety of our country’s animal husbandry and prevent the spread of the epidemic, in accordance with the "Customs Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China" and its implementation regulations and other relevant laws and regulations. It will be implemented on August 18, 2021.

According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country and the "Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Barley from Kazakhstan to China", from the date of this announcement, Kazakhstan that meets the relevant requirements is allowed Imported barley flour for feed. It will be implemented on August 20, 2021.

07 Announcement No. 65 of 2021 of the General Administration of Customs on the inspection and quarantine requirements for imported dried plums from Uzbekistan

According to the relevant laws and regulations of my country and the "Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the State Plant Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Uzbekistan Dried Plums Exported to China", it is allowed to produce products that meet the requirements of inspection and quarantine since the date of this announcement. Import of dried plums from Uzbekistan required (see attachment). It will be implemented on August 26, 2021.
