In accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodities Inspection" and its implementation regulations, the General Administration of Customs has decided to conduct random inspections on some import and export commodities other than the statutory inspection commodities from the date of this announcement. Sampling inspections are carried out in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Import and Export Commodities Sampling Inspections" (previously issued by Order No. 39 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and amended by Order No. 238 of the General Administration of Customs). According to the relevant laws and regulations of my country and the "Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the State Plant Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Uzbekistan Dried Plums Exported to China", it is allowed to produce products that meet the requirements of inspection and quarantine since the date of this announcement. Import of dried plums from Uzbekistan required (see attachment). It will be implemented on August 26, 2021.
