The Ukrainian cabinet has the right to lift the export restrictions when the domestic market of the above-mentioned goods is adequately supplied.

Russia announced a ban on sunflower and rapeseed exports at the end of March this year, and imposed an export quota of 150 tons for sunflower oil and sunflower feed. Ukrainian sunflower oil is mainly imported from Russia and Ukraine, and the oilseed raw materials used by Ukrainian domestic producers are also mainly imported from the above two countries and Kazakhstan.
