End users who have obtained the 2022 import tariff quotas and have used them all, as well as new users who meet the application conditions listed in the relevant allocation rules but have not obtained the 2022 import tariff quotas at the beginning of the year, can apply for the re-allocation of agricultural import tariff quotas. The applicant enterprise needs to submit the redistribution application materials to the local development and reform commission and the competent commercial department from September 1 to 15. Before September 17, the aggregated redistribution application materials will be forwarded to the National Development and Reform Commission or the Ministry of Commerce in written form.
