According to customs data, in November 2022, Vietnam exported 128403 tons of coffee, with an export volume of 304 million US dollars. Compared with October 2022, the export volume and price increased by 60% and 47% respectively.
According to customs data, as of the first 11 months of 2022, Vietnam has exported 1.57 million tons of coffee, with an export volume of 3.62 billion US dollars. The export volume and price have increased by 13% and 34% respectively.
In terms of price, the data of the Ministry of Industry and Trade shows that in November 2022, the average export price of Vietnamese coffee will reach 2371 US dollars/ton, down 8.5% month on month. According to customs data, in the first 11 months of 2022, the average export price of Vietnamese coffee reached 2297 US dollars/ton, down 3.1% from the same period in 2021.
In terms of market, customs data show that Germany is Vietnam's largest coffee export market in the first 11 months of 2022, with an export volume of $412 million, followed by Italy with $275 million and the United States with $262 million.
Feng Dejin, Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, said at the 2022 Vietnam International Coffee Industry Conference held in mid December that coffee exports in the past 11 months had reached the highest level in the past decade. It is estimated that by the end of 2022, Vietnam's coffee export will reach 39 billion to 40 billion US dollars.
