Don't know much about the import access standards, import customs clearance documents and procedures of fruit international trade?

1. First, check the type of fruit to be imported and whether the country of origin is on the access list;

2. Confirm whether the overseas orchard of imported fruit is in the customs access list;

3. If it is in the access list, customs clearance documents to be prepared:

Contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, official certificate of origin, official plant inspection certificate imported to China, certificate of production date and batch number, label, domestic import quarantine license

4. Trading companies need to have international trade import and export qualifications:

(1) Whether the enterprise has the right to import and export international trade (business license, customs declaration certificate, inspection application certificate, foreign trade operator registration form)

(2) Electronic port legal person card has applied for paperless contract signing and electronic power of attorney authorization

(3) Screenshot of the consignee's food filing, the shipper's filing, and the manufacturer's registration list in China

5. How to operate the goods after they arrive at the dock by sea? What is the import customs clearance process of fruit international trade?

The materials are complete. Apply to the customs for reviewing the certificate of origin and plant inspection certificate - declare after the customs agrees - pay taxes (whether to inspect/nucleic acid test/disinfection and sterilization) - pay taxes - review documents and release (if inspected, the food supply chain arranges personnel to cooperate with the customs for inspection) - deliver goods into the warehouse - hand over the certificate materials and relevant information - issue inspection and quarantine certificates - sell on the shelves.
