Note: The moisture requirement is less than or equal to 12%. If the quality standard is exceeded, the excess part will be deducted according to the following conditions: moisture value 12%~14%, the excess moisture part will be deducted at a ratio of 1:1.5; moisture value 14%~16%, the excess moisture will be deducted at a ratio of 1:2; the moisture value>16%, the excess moisture will be deducted at a ratio of 1:3.
