Li Ning recently announced that the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries Shanghai Shaohao Sporting Goods, Shanghai Shaohao Sports Development, Shanghai Ningju and Shanghai Shaohao Boyue acquired Huayang in Changning District, Shanghai, China for approximately RMB 1.034 billion. There are 8 office floors and 128 parking spaces in Kaiqiao Cultural Plaza at 28th Street, Lu Street District.
Li Ning Company stated that the acquisition is in line with the company's strategic plan. Because Li Ning will establish its Yangtze River Delta global business headquarters in Changning District, Shanghai, the property acquisition can satisfy the company's office needs.
Li Ning Company pointed out that the relevant property is under construction and is expected to be delivered before September 30 next year. The total construction area is expected to be approximately 17,400 square meters.
Prior to this, in 2019, the Anta Group's global retail headquarters in Shanghai's Hongqiao Business District Qingpu Area-Shanghai Anta Center project has officially started construction.
It is understood that the project completed the pile foundation in October 2020, and the basement structure work is expected to be completed in August this year. The entire project will be completed in April 2023.

In addition, on August 17 this year, Xtep also announced that Xtep International and its wholly-owned subsidiaries will acquire 57 commercial units located in the recently developed ecological business zone in Qibao Town, Minhang District, Shanghai for RMB 439 million. They intend to use them as Xtep International. Shanghai Operations Center.
