Recently, the business report of Fengtai, the main OEM shoemaking factory of Nike, said that last year's revenue and production capacity fell due to the impact of the epidemic in Vietnam. This year, in addition to actively improving production efficiency and management, Vietnam, Indonesia and India will start the plant expansion plan and focus on the manufacturing capacity of medium and high-end products.

Fengtai said that Vietnam plant will gradually transform into an automatic chemical plant and improve the production technology of high-grade shoes. Indonesia plant will be positioned as a children's shoe OEM, while India will develop to medium and high-grade shoes and stabilize the growth momentum. Last year, Fengtai's production capacity was distributed in Vietnam, accounting for 45%, India 27%, Indonesia 16% and China 12%.

In April this year, China's epidemic control led to the shutdown of Fengtai China factory. The legal person estimated that the production of Air sole air cushion by the customer was delayed, and the air cushion of the factory accounted for about 1% of Fengtai's revenue last year. With the continuous recovery of production capacity in Vietnam, the overall revenue in April decreased by less than 4%, which was better than that in the same period in the past.

Fengtai's current order situation is more stable than that of its peers. It obtains more Nike market share during the off-season. Considering that the research and development of new products will take about 6-9 months, Fengtai's order visibility is expected to increase by another 1-2 seasons, and the outlook is optimistic.

With the increase of the proportion of non Chinese production capacity, it is understood that at present, the proportion of Fengtai and Baocheng's production capacity in China is about 10%, Yuqi KY is nearly 30%, while Zhiqiang KY has not set up a factory in China. With Vietnam's resumption of work in the fourth quarter of last year, the revenue momentum of the four giants of shoe making has gradually stabilized. In addition, it will continue to expand production in Southeast Asia this year, and the overall sports energy is still growing steadily.

Fengtai's revenue in April was blocked by some transportation due to the prevention and control of the epidemic in China, and the revenue showed a monthly decrease. However, while the non Chinese plant maintained a high capacity utilization rate, the revenue in April still reached the second highest level in a single month, only the second highest record in the previous month. The self closing monthly revenue rate also maintained a level of more than 10%, nearly 10.5%. In the first four months, the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company reached 2.999 billion yuan, an annual increase of 30.65%, and the earnings per share was 3.40 yuan.

The revenue of Baocheng in April was 21.698 billion yuan, with an annual decrease of 2.6%. Among them, the shoemaking business maintained a growth trend, with an annual increase of 14.5%. However, affected by China's epidemic prevention and control, the revenue of Baosheng's channel business decreased by 38.2% in April.

At present, it is observed that the epidemic prevention and control in China has little impact on the footwear manufacturing end. Under the booming demand of customers, the capacity utilization rate in Southeast Asia remains at a high level. With the entering of the peak season of shoe-making in the second half of the year and the addition of new capacity expanded this year, the legal person estimates that the operation of shoe factories in the second half of the year is expected to see a high point again, and the operation outlook of the whole year is optimistic.
