Project implementation

The national textile, footwear and clothing industry big data center project has been included in the industrial Internet demonstration platform of the provincial new generation information technology and manufacturing integration development project to help coordinate the return of source data from relevant departments in the province; In the early stage of the high-end green footwear and clothing industry innovation center project, the scheme preparation and organization construction have been completed; The textile and garment industry development fund project at the municipal level is striving for the participation of 10% of the provincial government investment master fund, and encouraging financial institutions and social capital in Fujian to contribute, which will form a total capital scale of no less than 3billion yuan.

Vigorously attracting investment

Quangang and Huian should focus on the goal of building textile, footwear and clothing raw and auxiliary materials base, actively connect with Sinopec, Sinopec and Qingyuan laboratory, speed up the implementation of super simulation functional fiber, EVA, polyether polyol and other projects, and extend the layout of spandex projects, differentiated and functional nylon and spinning projects; Shishi and Jinjiang should connect advanced technologies for the intensive and green development of the printing and dyeing centralized control area, coordinate and promote the 15 textile technology achievements industrialization projects of China Textile Institute to be put into mass production by grafting local enterprise resources.
