In terms of footwear, according to import and export data, from July to August 2022, Pakistan exported a total of 4.12 million pairs of shoes, generating a revenue of $32.4 million. According to import and export data, leather shoe exports account for about 84.4% of Pakistan's total footwear exports. In July-August, Pakistan exported 1.86 million pairs of leather shoes worth about $28 million. The import and export data showed a 40.12% increase in export volume and a 22.53% increase in export value compared to the same month in the previous fiscal year. Canvas and other footwear also reported significant increases in exports during this period.
