At 2:00 p.m. on May 19, at 7:00 a.m. African Angolan time, in the production workshop of Bafang electric branch of Yiwu power supply company of State Grid, a remote video thousands of miles apart connected Yiwu and Soyo city of Angola through a small screen.
This connection is due to the first export project undertaken by Yiwu power supply company in October last year. The partner is Haida fishery Co., Ltd., which invested in the construction of Everbright project in Angola. It urgently needs a batch of power equipment to provide reliable power supply for the company's quick freezing and refrigeration processing equipment. At the end of December last year, the contract requirements of 28 GCS low-voltage cabinets and more than 70 meters of enclosed bus were completed as scheduled, with a total amount of 2.214 million yuan. After more than three months of ocean shipping, this batch of equipment was delivered to suoyo Haida fishery Co., Ltd. on April 8.
After preliminary preparation, Haida fishery Co., Ltd. is currently carrying out on-site installation and commissioning of GCs low-voltage cabinet and enclosed bus, and plans to start operation in June. Affected by the epidemic, although Bafang electric was unable to arrange special personnel to the site, it has been communicating remotely through wechat and telephone, and established a special class for remote technical guidance of Angola Everbright Soyo project to provide tracking services throughout the process. On May 19, during the critical period of equipment installation, the special technical class provided real-time technical guidance for the on-site installation and operation of local Chinese and African technicians through remote video connection.
It is reported that this is also the first successful export of "power manufacturing" independently developed and produced by Jinhua City to Africa. Thanks to excellent products and considerate services, Haida fishery Co., Ltd. has established long-term cooperation with Yiwu power supply company. The second batch of 33 GCS low-voltage cabinets and more than 300m enclosed bus equipment are being sent to the project of Haida fishery Co., Ltd. in Benguela, Angola, for the transformation of power equipment, with a contract amount of about 4.2 million yuan.
