Guoxuan Hi-Tech, a Chinese power battery company, held a ceremony at its factory in Göttingen, Germany on the 27th, officially starting its application, research and development and product manufacturing in Europe.
On the same day, Guoxuan Hi-Tech released its first portable energy storage product brand GenDome for overseas markets and the brand's first portable mobile energy storage product Gendock 3000, which can convert solar and wind energy into electricity to help customers manage household energy usage. The product will be manufactured locally at the Göttingen plant later on.
Michael Schumann, chairman of the German Federal Association for Economic Development and Foreign Trade, said at the event that Germany and China have made great achievements in cooperation in various fields, especially in new energy. Li Zhen, chairman of Guoxuan Hi-Tech, said at the ceremony that the Göttingen plant will gradually transform from the production of auto parts in the past to the manufacture of battery application products, which will be a "difficult but hopeful journey".

Guoxuan Hi-Tech announced in 2021 that it would acquire the German Bosch Group's factory in Göttingen to establish its first new energy production and operation base in Europe.
