According to reports, this is the first flexible support photovoltaic demonstration project in my country's railway system. It can provide 1,000 kWh of clean power to the National Railway Test Center every day, and has an important demonstration role in promoting photovoltaic clean energy in the railway field.

The project is located in the eastern suburbs branch of China Academy of Railway Sciences, No. 1 Jiuxianqiao North Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It relies on railway slopes and sandwich plots along the line, with a total installed capacity of 216 kilowatts.

"As an important part of transportation, the railway system has very high requirements for project safety. The PV panel installation of Yingli Yuansheng Construction Engineering adopts four modes: conventional component installation, screw pile component installation, basalt component installation and flexible bracket component installation." Xu Hongjian According to the introduction, the installation of basalt components uses MDF made of basalt to install photovoltaics, and the quality is guaranteed for 100 years; the installation of flexible bracket components is also a bold attempt. Many difficulties were solved and installed in place through rich construction experience, so as to achieve "zero error".
It is estimated that the average annual power generation of the project is 251,100 kWh, with a total power generation of 6.278 million kWh in 25 years, saving a total of 1,883.42 tons of standard coal, 5,280 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, 1.26 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions, and 1.19 tons of equivalent oxide emissions. It is of great significance to promote photovoltaic applications in a large area along the railway, develop clean energy, build a new power system, and achieve energy saving and carbon reduction.
