2022-08-18

Recently, the official website of Energy China announced that the company's subsidiaries Gezhouba Group, China Electric Power Engineering and Investment Company have successively won bids for wind and solar new energy development index projects, and the development of the new energy market has a strong momentum.

As of the end of July, Energy China has achieved a total of more than 10 million kilowatts of wind and solar energy development indicators in 2022. It is expected that the company's cumulative acquisition of wind and solar energy development indicators in 2022 will hit a new high in recent years.

According to reports, since the beginning of this year, China has been able to establish sufficient model innovation, vigorously promote the high-quality development of new energy, the enthusiasm for the development of the new energy market is high, a number of major projects have made breakthroughs, and the scale of new energy market development has reached the best level in history.

At the same time, the progress of the construction projects of CEEC's major projects has been refreshed every day.

On August 7, the first concrete pouring of the Xinjiang Xiazigai 300MW photovoltaic power generation project undertaken by China Energy Engineering Tianjin Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. marked the official start of construction of the project.

The project is located in the Tacheng area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Xiazigai Township, Bukser Mongolia Autonomous County. This phase has a construction capacity of 300 MW, a 220 kV booster station, and a 35 MW/70 MWh energy storage system.

On July 24, the Shengyuan Taonan Xiangyang 150-megawatt wind-solar hybrid "PV+" project undertaken by China Energy Construction Group was successfully connected to the grid for power generation, marking the completion and commissioning of the largest wind-solar-storage integration project in northern my country.

The project is located in Xiangyang Township and Erlong Township, Taonan City, Jilin Province, with a total capacity of 1.15 million kilowatts, of which two wind power projects have a capacity of 1 million kilowatts, and a total of 439 wind turbines will generate electricity by the end of 2021. The grid-connected photovoltaic project is built in the wind energy buffer isolation zone of the wind farm, with a capacity of 150,000 kilowatts and a total of 6,532 sets of monocrystalline silicon solar cell arrays.

2022 is a crucial year for linking the previous and the next in the "14th Five-Year Plan". Energy China stated that it will continue to implement the carbon neutralization goal, work hard to promote stability, and strive to make the development of new energy business the first of the company. The core business is to be a pioneer and take the lead in ensuring national energy security and building a new power system, demonstrating the mission and responsibility of central enterprises.
