A few days ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially approved the construction of a dedicated channel for international Internet data in Xiong'an New District, Hebei. This is another dedicated international internet data channel approved by Hebei Province following the completion and opening of the Zhangjiakou International Internet Data Dedicated Channel in July 2021, smoothing the international trade channel.

It is understood that the dedicated international Internet data channel is an international communication infrastructure with the park as the access unit and the international trade enterprise as the service object, which is of great significance for improving international communication capabilities and external service capabilities. The dedicated channel for international Internet data in Hebei Xiong'an New Area is constructed and operated by three basic telecommunications companies, namely China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom. It mainly serves the Xiong'an New Area of China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone and is used to aggregate international Internet traffic in Hebei Xiong'an New Area. To the International Communications Entry and Exit Bureau, optimize the route of Internet access, and improve the performance of the park and international trade enterprises to access the Internet.

The construction of a dedicated channel for international Internet data in Xiong'an New District, Hebei will further improve the performance and service quality of international communication networks in Xiong'an New District, Hebei, and provide better quality international services for the headquarters of central enterprises and other export-oriented international trade enterprises from Beijing to Xiong'an New District, Hebei. Network services continue to empower the construction of a world-leading digital city in Hebei Xiong'an New Area, and play an important role in promoting the development of Hebei's digital economy and the coordinated development of big data in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

The Hebei Provincial Communications Administration stated that it will actively play an organizational and coordinating role in strict accordance with the approval requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and work with the Xiongan New Area Management Committee to implement supporting policies for the construction of dedicated international Internet data channels, and organize various basic telecommunications companies. Fully carry out the construction work, fully reflect the "Xiongan Quality", and ensure that it is completed and put into use according to the plan and high standards. At the same time, the Hebei Provincial Communications Administration will strengthen the supervision and management of the dedicated channels for international Internet data in the Xiongan New Area, do a good job in monitoring and analysis of operation quality, and urge relevant enterprises to ensure the security of dedicated channel networks and data, provide high-quality and reliable communication services, and give full play to the international The dedicated Internet data channel plays an active role in promoting the high-quality economic and social development of the Xiongan New Area, helping to promote the Xiongan New Area to build a national model of high-quality development and smooth the international trade channel.
