The "Opinions" also proposed to speed up the improvement of the industrial chain of integrated circuit design, manufacturing, packaging and testing, carry out EDA tool software, semiconductor materials, high-end chips and special chip design technologies, and promote key projects such as 12-inch chip production lines and third-generation semiconductors.
