The customs data also shows that from January to August, the electronic information manufacturing industry above designated size achieved a cumulative export delivery value growth of 6.2% year on year, 0.9 percentage points lower than that from January to July. According to customs data, in August, the export delivery value of electronic information manufacturing industry above designated size increased by 1% year on year, 2.6 percentage points lower than that in July.

According to customs statistics, from January to August, China exported 118 million laptops, down 17% year on year; 538 million mobile phones were exported, down 10.5% year on year; 186.3 billion integrated circuits were exported, down 9.9% year on year.

From January to August, the electronic information manufacturing industry above designated size achieved an operating revenue of 9524.8 billion yuan, up 7.6% year on year, 0.3 percentage points lower than that from January to July; The operating cost was 8298.7 billion yuan, up 8.8% year on year; The total profit was 449.9 billion yuan, down 5.6% year on year. According to customs data, the decrease was 4 percentage points lower than that from January to July; The operating income profit margin is 4.7%.
