Specifically, in terms of organizing and implementing overseas exhibitions, since the beginning of the year, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) has resumed accepting applications for the approval of holding economic and trade exhibitions abroad. At present, it has accepted 519 applications for the first batch of exhibition projects this year, involving 50 exhibition organizers from across the country to participate in and hold exhibitions in 47 countries.

"We will focus on promoting stable scale and excellent structure of foreign trade, and jointly building the" the Belt and Road "with high quality. We will focus on emerging market countries and strategic emerging industries to participate in exhibitions, and actively guide Chinese enterprises to participate in well-known industry exhibitions with strong symbols and high gold content in developed countries." In terms of building more platforms for international trade exchanges and cooperation among enterprises, we carefully organized and planned major events such as the China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo, the Global Trade and Investment Promotion Summit, the Global Conference on the Rule of Law for Industry and Commerce, the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Development Conference, and the "the Belt and Road" Entrepreneurs' Conference, and actively promoted enterprises to use these economic and trade platforms for extensive exchanges, in-depth negotiations, and practical cooperation.

In terms of innovative models to improve the quality of commercial certification services, we will vigorously improve the intelligent level of the online visa system of the certificate of origin, comprehensively promote the ATA mobile phone client, and optimize and upgrade the "trade promotion" platform; Continue to optimize the "green channel" service and adopt the combination of online and offline services; Integrate and develop credit services, brand evaluation, geographical indication application and promotion, eco-origin product certification, low-carbon trade certification and other services to enrich the application scenarios of certificates.

In terms of providing more targeted public service products for foreign trade, improve the research mechanism for foreign trade enterprises, timely collect and reflect the demands of foreign trade enterprises and promote solutions; Continue to carry out the promotion and training of free trade agreements such as RCEP, and guide enterprises to make full use of various free trade agreement policies; We will continue to update and release the business environment guidelines for foreign investment countries (regions) of international trade enterprises.

At the same time, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade is also taking multiple measures to make greater efforts to promote the stability and expansion of foreign investment, focusing on the following three aspects:

First, we will strengthen foreign investment promotion services. We will accelerate the promotion and application of the direct reporting platform for foreign-funded enterprises, so that more international trade enterprises can find, be willing to fill in, and be easy to check, strengthen data accumulation, statistics, analysis and application, and strive to promote the resolution of foreign-funded enterprises' appeals. We will strengthen the normalization of relations with transnational corporations and foreign business associations, strengthen the tracking services for key foreign-funded enterprises and projects, and promote the implementation and construction of foreign-funded projects.

Second, continue to promote and optimize the business environment. We will strengthen in-depth thematic research, organize more foreign-funded enterprise symposiums and policy seminars, and strengthen policy interpretation and precision drip irrigation. Carry out national, provincial and municipal business environment research and release reports, and hold government-enterprise dialogues on optimizing business environment in key regions and industries.

Third, assist local and industrial investment promotion. We will improve the construction of platforms such as "Invest in China", organize a series of enterprise "local travel" activities, support local governments to use major exhibition forums to attract investment, and guide foreign investment to invest more in advanced manufacturing, modern service industry, high-tech, energy conservation and environmental protection, digital economy, research and development and other fields.
