In terms of policy dividend, since the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) came into force, it has released great vitality. In 2022, the value of imported goods under Sichuan RCEP was 280 million yuan. Chengdu Customs issued 2439 certificates under the RCEP for 105 export enterprises, with a total amount of 13.38 billion yuan.
