2023-03-09

According to customs statistics, in the first two months of this year, the total import and export of the central and western regions reached 1.19 trillion yuan, up 12.1% year on year. According to customs data, the proportion of China's total import and export value increased by 2.2 percentage points to 19.2% year on year.

On March 1, in a citrus export company in Nanning, Guangxi, the fresh citrus fruit just coming off the assembly line was being inspected by the Yongzhou customs officer on the spot. The order will be shipped to Southeast Asia by sea in the afternoon of the same day.

Luo Zenggui, General Manager of Guangxi Qifeng Juzhou Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd.: In January and February this year, we have exported 750 tons, up about 10% from last year. Now orders have been placed in March, and the total sales volume of foreign trade is expected to reach 4000 to 5000 tons this year.

According to the customs data, according to the industry statistics, the annual output of Wo mandarin in Wuming District of Nanning is 1.5 million tons, accounting for 1/5 of the national output of Wo mandarin, and the annual output value exceeds 10 billion yuan. In recent years, "Xiaowo Citrus" has continuously expanded its overseas territory, and foreign trade orders have continued. At the same time, it has also driven the development of logistics, e-commerce and other full-chain industries.

Li Fulai, the second-level sponsor of the Yongzhou Customs Supervision Section, said: "We have opened a green channel for the fresh and perishable agricultural and sideline products, such as Wogan. After local territorial inspection, they are transported to the coastal and border ports such as the Beibu Gulf, to help Wogan carry the new land and sea channel in the west to sea quickly.".

According to customs data, in the first two months of this year, more than 1000 tons of citrus agricultural products were exported through inspection and quarantine of Nanning Customs, an increase of nearly 20 times year-on-year; The value of goods exceeded 9 million yuan, an increase of more than 8 times year-on-year.

China's inland provinces rely on railways, highways, air transport, and maritime multimodal transport to go out and actively explore the international market.

Not long ago, a batch of 396 tons of hybrid rice seeds from Hunan Province were exported to the Philippines, and the whole journey took only 4 days to arrive through land and sea transport.

Li Jinyi, Deputy General Manager of the International Business Department of Longping Hi-Tech, said that the hybrid rice varieties developed by the company showed good growth and yield advantages in Southeast Asia and other countries, and were welcomed by the local people.

Chu Haihui, the head of the second supervision section of Xingsha Customs, said that it would implement one-time sampling, batch verification and rapid issuance of certificates, reduce the frequency of inspection of exported rice seeds, shorten the inspection time, ensure efficient customs clearance, and facilitate the selection, trial planting and promotion of enterprises abroad.

In recent years, Hunan's hybrid rice export has gradually upgraded from pure physical trade to overseas technology promotion and cooperation. Many companies have directly carried out hybrid rice commercial operation projects in Southeast Asia, Africa and other countries to create a new channel for foreign agricultural cooperation.

Customs data show that in the first two months of this year, China's foreign trade in the central and western regions grew rapidly and the proportion increased. Among them, the export of automobiles doubled year on year, and the export growth of mobile phones and agricultural products exceeded 20%. This fully reflects the continuous improvement of the level of opening up in the central and western regions, the continuous release of the development potential of foreign trade, and the more optimized domestic regional layout of China's opening up.
