On February 13, the real-time data of import and export cargo waybills and in-transit logistics of Jiangxi foreign trade enterprises were transmitted by the National Railway Corporation to the operation system of Nanchang International Dry Port through the "single window" of China (Jiangxi) international trade. This marks the official realization of data information exchange and sharing between railway data and China (Jiangxi) international trade "single window", which provides railway data support for accelerating the informatization and intelligent construction of ports and international dry ports and further improving the level of customs clearance facilitation in our province.
In 2022, in order to continuously improve the informatization level of ports, ports and international dry ports in our province, optimize and upgrade the business environment, the Provincial Department of Commerce (Provincial Government Port Office) strengthened the docking and communication with Nanchang Railway Bureau, and signed a data connectivity cooperation agreement with China Railway Nanchang Bureau Group Co., Ltd., which clearly realized data exchange and sharing through the "single window" of China (Jiangxi) international trade. The successful connection of railway data has opened up the information node of "customs clearance+logistics" of import and export goods transported by railway in our province, enabling international trade enterprises in our province to enjoy more efficient, convenient and transparent logistics services, and providing data support for the formulation, implementation and supervision of relevant government policies.
Next, the Provincial Department of Commerce (Provincial Government Port Office) will strengthen the construction of the "single window" of China's (Jiangxi) international trade, strive to break down the barriers to logistics data, actively build a full-chain data sharing platform, promote the interconnection of document flow, cargo flow and data flow in our province, constantly speed up logistics operation, improve customs clearance efficiency, and help our province's foreign trade maintain stability, improve quality and efficiency, and contribute to port strength.
