It is reported that the Ministry of Commerce of Qinghai Province, in combination with the provincial "Action to Help Enterprises Warm up the Spring Wind", has played a role in the work mechanism of joint assistance for foreign trade enterprises in the province. It has carried out joint assistance for 28 key enterprises that export self-produced products and import mineral products and meat, and actively provided policies and services to foreign trade enterprises. Coordinate with departments such as the Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company, the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, and the Provincial Exit and Entry Administration Bureau, and coordinate and solve matters such as the safe transportation of chrysotile asbestos railway, the handling of APEC business travel cards, and the handling of business negotiation documents abroad for a total of 16 foreign trade enterprises, helping them solve practical difficulties.

Since February, the Qinghai Provincial Department of Commerce and Xining Customs have conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as data sharing in the field of foreign trade, enterprise customs AEO certification policy support, promoting agricultural product exports, international trade import and export data reflow, and improving comprehensive services in the field of foreign trade, further strengthening interdepartmental communication and collaboration, effectively forming a working force, and promoting the stable development of foreign trade in the province.

The Qinghai Provincial Department of Commerce, together with the Bank of China Qinghai Branch, the Provincial Foreign Exchange Administration, the Provincial Taxation Bureau, and the Xining Customs, jointly held the "Spring Wind Action to Help Enterprises Warm up Enterprises" and the "Hundred Thousand Enterprises' Bank-Enterprise Matchmaking Conference", which provided detailed explanations on policies such as enterprises' exploration of the international trade market, seizing foreign trade orders, RCEP related rules and certificates of origin, cross-border trade and investment facilitation, exchange rate risk neutrality, foreign exchange derivatives, and export tax rebates, It has built a bridge for more than 60 foreign trade enterprises to connect, exchange, and cooperate with banks and enterprises, helping them improve their ability to cope with exchange rate risks.

The Ministry of Commerce conducts monthly order scheduling for 56 key enterprises in the province with an import and export scale of over 10 million yuan in international trade in 2022, and conducts key monitoring for 18 enterprises with an import and export scale of over 50 million yuan, to timely grasp the progress of enterprise order execution in hand, and to maximize the ability of enterprises to convert orders into import and export performance.
