The reporter recently learned from Kunming Customs in Yunnan Province that in the first two months of this year, Mangshi Customs issued 45 certificate of origin of various kinds, with the value of goods of 23.7303 million yuan, and the export goods involved in international trade can enjoy tariff reduction and exemption of 1.1865 million yuan from import countries of international trade.

The certificate of origin is known as the "paper gold" of international trade and the "gold key" to open the international trade market, which is an important basis for export enterprises to enjoy tariff reduction and exemption in the destination country. Mangshi Customs has continuously optimized its business process, promoted measures such as "intelligent audit" and "self-service printing" of certificate of origin, and significantly improved the timeliness of examination and signature.

Xue Bingfeng, head of the comprehensive business section of Mangshi Customs, said: "We adopt the online and offline linkage mode. In addition to offline origin visa business, enterprises can also handle online certificate of origin through the international trade 'single window', so that they can handle the certificate of origin at any time and anywhere, and significantly reduce the cost of enterprise services."
