The District Bureau of Commerce has actively carried out organization, mobilization, coordination, and service work, fully escorting enterprises to expand the market and seizing foreign trade orders.

One is advanced planning and precise docking. According to the wishes of enterprises, formulate the exhibition catalog for Nanxun District in 2023, revise and improve the new round of policies to stabilize foreign trade and expand the market. In response to the decline in demand in Europe and the United States, as companies seek alternative markets, they promptly contacted exhibition companies and organized interested companies to register for participation. As of now, a total of 40 enterprises and 70 people from their jurisdiction have been organized to participate in 5 overseas exhibitions, with intention orders reaching approximately 114 million yuan.

The second is full follow-up and precise service. For enterprise registration, booth layout, visa, passport, APEC card processing, intended market situation, exhibition preparation, etc., coordinate with departments and institutions such as entry and exit management, foreign affairs, and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, coordinate with exhibition companies and relevant business associations, provide precise guidance to enterprises, prepare well for various pre exhibition preparations, ensure the smooth progress of enterprise exhibition preparations, and seize foreign trade orders.

Before participating in the exhibition, organize relevant social media service agencies and exhibition companies, make good use of the new model of "social media+exhibition", assist enterprises in connecting with potential customers in advance, and communicate well before the exhibition. Pay close attention to the negotiation trends of enterprises during the exhibition, such as the recently concluded Sydney International Building Materials Exhibition in March, Australia. Six participating enterprises in Nanxun District were inquired 320 times in total and reached an intention order of 46.23 million yuan. After participating in the exhibition, regularly follow up on the effectiveness of enterprise exhibitions, serve the follow-up of foreign trade orders, ensure the smooth sailing of orders, assist enterprises in expanding the development market, and seize foreign trade orders.
