Customs data shows that in the first quarter of this year, the total import and export value of goods trade in Heilongjiang Province was 71.98 billion yuan. Customs data shows an increase of 29.6% compared to the same period last year, and the import and export growth rate ranks among the top in the country, which is 24.8 percentage points higher than the national growth rate during the same period.
Yao Dehai, Deputy Director of Harbin Customs, said at the press conference held on the same day that according to the foreign trade data of Heilongjiang Province in the first quarter, the import and export of Heilongjiang Province and the countries along the "the Belt and Road" and RCEP trading partners maintained an increasing trend, and the proportion of private enterprises in import and export increased. At the same time, according to the customs data, the export of mechanical and electrical products, steel products and agricultural products increased significantly.
In terms of ensuring supply, Harbin Customs focuses on key ports and supports the construction of international channels and logistics hubs to ensure smooth supply. The number of China Europe trains and freight volume have both increased. In the first quarter, 239 and 21554 TEUs of China Europe trains were regulated for entry and exit, with year-on-year growth of 22.6% and 37.5%, respectively

According to Yao Dehai, after investigation and research, Harbin Customs has formulated and introduced "20+11" measures to support the stability and quality improvement of foreign trade and help enterprises alleviate difficulties, taking into account the needs of enterprises and the actual situation of the port. Harbin Customs strongly supports the construction of various open platform and deepens the innovation of customs supervision system.
In terms of improving quality, Harbin Customs has strengthened credit cultivation for key state-owned enterprises, specialized and innovative "small giants" enterprises, and implemented convenient measures such as priority processing and credit supervision. According to customs data, in the first quarter of this year, the total import and export value of advanced certification enterprises in Heilongjiang Province increased by 402.6% year-on-year, accounting for 55.9% of the total import and export value of the province.
