According to customs data, from the perspective of trade methods, from January to March, general trade exports amounted to 221.121 billion yuan, an increase of 3.6% compared to the same period last year, and imports amounted to 399.448 billion yuan, an increase of 10.2%; Processing trade exports amounted to 97.189 billion yuan, a decrease of 22.4%, while imports amounted to 46.788 billion yuan, a decrease of 21.9%.

According to customs data, from the perspective of major trade products, from January to March, the export of mechanical and electrical products was 285.344 billion yuan, an increase of 0.5% compared to the same period last year, while the import was 245.166 billion yuan, a decrease of 6.6%; The export of high-tech products was 136.437 billion yuan, a decrease of 14.2%, while the import was 165.526 billion yuan, a decrease of 7.6%.

According to customs data, from the main export markets, from January to March, exports to the European Union reached 81.801 billion yuan, an increase of 9.0% compared to the same period last year; Exports to the United States amounted to 63.177 billion yuan, a decrease of 18.3%; Exports to Japan reached 35.855 billion yuan, an increase of 9.2%; Exports to Hong Kong amounted to 28.967 billion yuan, a decrease of 17.3%.
