Recently, the 6th Digital China Construction Summit concluded in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. During the summit, numerous guests, enterprises, and people visited the booth of "China (Fujian) International Trade Single Window&Smart Customs Construction" to gain a deeper understanding of the service functions of "smart ports" and recognized the achievements of intelligent, digital, and convenient customs clearance in Fujian Province.
RCEP platform debut
At this summit, the first exhibition of the "RCEP Tariff Policy Intelligent Service Platform" jointly built by the Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce and Fuzhou Customs received close attention from a large number of enterprises. This platform relies on the single window of China (Fujian) international trade, focusing on the difficulties for import and export enterprises to enjoy benefits after the official implementation of RCEP. Relying on technological means such as big data, it provides enterprises with a "one-stop" intelligent guidance service for RCEP tariff policies. The platform includes three main functions: "Best Tariff Scheme Recommendation", "RCEP Origin Rule Intelligent Judgment and Optimization Guidelines", and "Enterprise Trade Benefit Intelligent Analysis and Reminder". Enterprises only need to enter simple product information according to the prompts to easily obtain the most favorable tariff information guidance, origin determination, and benefit scheme information. Through the platform, the digitization of complex and professional RCEP rules and regulations has been achieved, and the professional analysis process of tariff benefits has been handed over to the platform. The scarce expert resources have been generalized, and "foolproof" input and "one click" information can be obtained, helping enterprises achieve maximum international trade import and export benefits, minimum cost, and optimal production layout.
Multifunctional display of style
The cross-border trade e-commerce public service platform was also highlighted at the exhibition. As the first provincial-level cross-border e-commerce public service platform in China, it has a customs declaration channel with cross-border e-commerce direct mail import and export, bonded import and export, and other cross-border e-commerce full business models. It supports the automatic processing of enterprise electronic documents throughout the entire process, providing trade facilitation services to enterprises to the greatest extent possible, Ensure zero waiting services for customs clearance at major promotion nodes such as "6.18" and "Double 11". Based on the platform's real trade scenario, China (Fujian) International Trade Single Window has also created digital and vertical financial services. It has signed cooperation agreements with 19 financial institutions, and the financing system effectively serves the financing of foreign trade enterprises. The "single window+export credit insurance" model of international trade has taken the lead in achieving "one-time operation, paperless insurance", which has been replicated and promoted nationwide.
Present on-site communication and discussion, providing "zero distance" assistance to enterprises
In order to effectively enable enterprises to enjoy the digital "dividend" and better focus on the "bull's-eye" of enterprise needs, a "zero distance" government enterprise dialogue activity was held on site during this summit. In the face of specific problems faced by cross-border trade enterprises in operation and development, detailed answers and professional guidance were provided, continuously optimizing the enterprise experience and sense of gain, and increasing the confidence and momentum of enterprise development.
