Fourthly, cross-border e-commerce promotes the integration and development of international trade. The fifth is to expand the boundaries of digital trade through digital technology services, which have become the core engine driving the growth of digital trade. The sixth is the rapid development of digital content services represented by film and television anime, digital games, interactive entertainment, digital collections, etc. Seventh, the flow of data and information has broadened the channels of digital trade, driving the vigorous development of digital trade. Eighth, digital empowerment has accelerated the transformation of traditional service trade, giving birth to many new types of digital trade formats. The global digital trade governance system is accelerating its evolution, and the digital trade governance game in typical economies is fierce.

According to Huacheng Import and Export Data Observation, the report found through a comprehensive evaluation of the development level of digital trade in 37 major economies worldwide that there is a significant gap in the development of digital trade among different economies, with the United States far ahead of other economies; Developed economies dominate the development of global digital trade, with China being the only developing economy among the top 10 economies; Developing economies play an important role in the development of global digital trade, with China ranking 4th in the world and 1st among developing economies, far ahead of other developing economies.

Liao Qionghui, Deputy Director of the Second Business Division of the Department of Service and Trade of the Ministry of Commerce, pointed out in her speech that with the deepening development of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, the deep integration of digital technology and international trade has promoted the rise of digital trade, profoundly changing trade methods, trade objects, trade structure, and trade patterns, injecting new momentum into global trade development. The Ministry of Commerce will further coordinate the international and domestic markets, coordinate the development efficiency and business scale, coordinate the entry and exit, coordinate the development of the East, West, and Central regions, coordinate the contracting and contracting, and promote the deep integration of digital technology and service trade, as well as the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.
