The China Central Asia mechanism is the result of China's confrontation with Central Asian countries. It responds to changes in regional situations, conforms to the trend of development of the times, and echoes the voices of people in various countries. It has strong endogenous momentum and broad development prospects. The six countries will continue to play the strategic leading role of their heads of state diplomacy, adhere to the principles of pragmatism, efficiency, practical use, openness and inclusiveness, work with all parties, inherit the past and open up, seize the opportunity to translate important consensus reached by heads of state into practical actions, transform the blueprint drawn together into a road map and a reality map, and continuously expand and strengthen the China Central Asia mechanism. China proposes to establish a meeting and dialogue mechanism in industries and investment, agriculture, transportation, emergency management, education, political parties, and other fields, which will build a broad platform for countries to carry out all-round and mutually beneficial cooperation.

Central Asia is the first place to jointly build the "the Belt and Road" and the demonstration area of high-quality "the Belt and Road".   At a new starting point, China and Central Asian countries are accelerating the docking of development strategies, promoting trade liberalization and facilitation, expanding industrial and investment cooperation, promoting the construction of the China Central Asian transportation corridor, supporting the establishment of the China Central Asian energy development partnership, encouraging high-tech cooperation, and ensuring regional food security. Together, we will create a new pattern of cooperation that is deeply complementary and highly win-win.

  The heads of state of the five Central Asian countries stated that Central Asian countries have a thousand year old friendship and profound friendship with China, and have always been good neighbors, friends, and partners who support and trust each other. They are the most sincere old friends of China's journey to Yangguan in the west. At present, China has become a key force in safeguarding global security and stability and promoting scientific, technological and economic development. Cooperation with China is an indispensable and important factor for countries to achieve sustainable development. Further deepening the relationship between the five Central Asian countries and China is in line with the common aspirations of the people of all countries and the fundamental and long-term interests of all countries.

As representatives of the forces of peace and justice, China and Central Asian countries understand each other and work together to inject more positive energy and stable factors into the complex and intertwined world. Central Asian countries highly value the importance of the Chinese path to modernization path for human development and progress, and generally support and are willing to actively implement the global development initiative, the global security initiative, and the global civilization initiative. China and Central Asian countries agreed to abide by the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, firmly defend multilateralism, resist unilateralism, hegemonism and Power politics, promote the democratization of international trade relations, and promote the development of the international trade order and global governance system in a more just and reasonable direction. These positions and propositions will inject more certainty into a world full of uncertainty, and make a "China Central Asia contribution" to maintaining world peace and security and promoting human civilization progress.

It promotes the development and prosperity of over 13.6 million square kilometers of vast hot land, pursues a bright future and a better life for nearly 1.5 billion people, and embodies the responsibility and responsibility of being based on oneself and embracing the world.
