According to the Ministry of Commerce, on June 7, Ling Ji, Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy Representative of International Trade Negotiations, and Korobiyan, Minister of Economy of Economy of Armenia, co chaired the 11th meeting of the China Armenia Intergovernmental Committee on International Trade and Economic Cooperation in Beijing, exchanging views on issues related to international trade and economic cooperation in Central Asia.
Ling Ji stated that under the strategic guidance of the leaders of the two countries, political mutual trust in Central Asia has been continuously strengthened, economic and trade cooperation has steadily developed, bilateral trade has maintained rapid growth, and investment cooperation has made positive progress. China welcomes the Asian side to promote high-quality products such as Asian mineral products and agricultural food through the China International Import and Export Fair, the China International Trade Fair, and the Guangzhou International Trade Fair. We support e-commerce cooperation between the two countries and international trade and economic cooperation between regions. We encourage Chinese enterprises to conduct investment cooperation in Asia and hope that Asia can provide support.
Korobiyan stated that developing economic and trade cooperation with China is one of the priority directions for Asia's foreign trade. The potential for international trade and economic cooperation between the two countries is enormous. Asia welcomes Chinese enterprises to visit Asia to participate in infrastructure construction, metallurgical enterprise transformation, electric vehicle assembly, etc. Asia is willing to create a good business environment.
