3. Declaration date: The date of declaration to customs.

4. Business unit and shipping unit: fill in the production or export units of exported goods within the territory, including factories that export goods themselves, and enterprises that entrust foreign trade companies with international trade import and export rights to export goods.

5. Transportation method, name and number of transportation vehicle: According to different transportation methods, fill in the name or number of the transportation vehicle used to transport the goods out of the customs territory.

6. Loading note or waybill number: Fill in the loading note or waybill number of the goods, which is the number of the export goods waybill.

7. Container number: If transported by container, the number of containers and the number of each container should be filled out together.

9. 15. Contract (Agreement) Number: Fill in the contract number of the goods on this declaration, including year, track, number, and attachment number.

16. Destination country (region): the name of the country (region) where the export goods directly arrive or the last destination country (region) when there is no commercial Prostitution in the transit country (region).
