These new measures include continuously improving cross-border logistics efficiency, supporting the import of advanced technology equipment and special items, promoting the import and export of important agricultural and food products, further facilitating export tax refund processing, promoting the upgrading of processing trade, and optimizing border trade supervision.

In 2022, the General Administration of Customs successively introduced 23 measures to stabilize foreign trade, including measures such as ensuring port connectivity, accelerating the clearance of urgently needed goods for enterprises, and opening the "green channel" for agricultural and food products, providing solid support for China's foreign trade scale to reach a new historical high. In promoting cross-border trade facilitation, we have further promoted the construction of a "single window" for international trade and expanded more convenient functions and services; Carry out pilot projects for the construction of "smart ports" at ports that meet the conditions. In promoting enterprise burden reduction and efficiency improvement, including further expanding the scope of application of proactive disclosure policies, providing enterprises with convenient channels for fault tolerance, error correction, and compliance with the law; Continue to expand the scope of mutual recognition among customs' certified operators (AEO), and promote AEO enterprises to enjoy customs clearance convenience both domestically and internationally.
