1. 234 items will no longer be subject to imported commodity inspection
234 commodities such as coke ovens (HS code 8417801000) cancel the supervision condition "A", that is, no import commodity inspection will be implemented, mainly involving three types of commodities:
One is the prohibited commodities such as "waste cotton yarn". Since 2021, my country has completely banned the import of solid waste. Therefore, there is no need to keep prohibited imports such as solid waste in the legal inspection catalog.
The second is low-risk metal materials such as "hot-worked bars and rods of free-cutting steel" and low-risk electromechanical products such as "CNC EDM machine tools", aiming to further advance the reform of "delegating management services" and further optimize the business environment at ports.
The third is "mercury-containing fuel cell" and other battery products. On April 28, 2016, the 20th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress decided to ratify the Minamata Convention on Mercury, which came into effect for my country on August 16, 2017. From January 1, 2021, the production, import and export of mercury-containing products is prohibited.
2. Imported commodity inspections will be implemented for 8 commodities
"Recycled iron and steel raw materials that meet the requirements of GB/T 39733-2020" (HS code 7204100010) and other 8 commodities have added regulatory requirements "A", that is, they will be subject to import commodity inspections after adjustments, aiming to strengthen the import of recycled brass The inspection and supervision of raw materials, recycled copper raw materials, recycled cast aluminum alloy raw materials and recycled steel raw materials shall strictly prevent the import of solid waste under the name of “renewable raw materials”, and effectively prohibit the entry of “foreign garbage”.

3. 24 commodities will be subject to export commodity inspection
"Gold-containing pig iron" (commodity code 7201500010) and other 24 commodities have added regulatory requirements "B", that is, they will be subject to export commodity inspections after adjustments. The aim is to further strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure the quality and safety of exported commodities, and at the same time to better protect domestic The supply of steel resources promotes the high-quality development of the steel industry.
