Recently, the seller did not display the product brand, product name and model because the importer’s company name and address were not displayed on the product label. As a result, the seller did not enter the EU, the goods have been detained by the EU customs, and the relevant notification letter has been sent to the seller. Hands. It is imperative to contact the customs immediately and pay a fine.
Judging from the current situation, the European Union has stepped up its efforts to investigate and deal with sellers’ product compliance information.
According to the new EU Commodity Safety Law, starting from July 16, 2021, when products with the CE mark are sold in the EU, an "Economic Operator" (EU representative) will be required in the EU.
Normally, products that require CE certification need to have the European generation; in addition, products that receive mandatory mail from the platform also need to specify the European generation.
What else needs to be done after Oudi is designated?
After appointing the European generation, you still need to do two things:
1. Upload the EU responsible person's information to the e-commerce platform
2. Label your qualified products
In the process of landing in Europe, you must pay attention to the following four points and try to implement them as required. Don't rely solely on feelings or fluke.
One: Upload the Oudi information to each platform

Two: Print information on your product
There are many versions on the market today: one post is enough, two must be posted on the product, and three must be printed on the product, and so on. So how should the label be printed?
1. What kind of logo is printed?

2. How to print the logo?
Because the information requirements of the EU authorized representative must be clear and cannot be easily destroyed. Therefore, it is recommended to print the logo on the package, label or instruction manual, and also print the name, address and all other information of the European generation.
If your product is very small and cannot be printed at all, you can not print it on the product, but it still needs to be printed on the instructions for use and packaging.
Three: Make labels that comply with the normative EU norms
The product label must have at least an international trademark; (if not available, don’t put it) the English name of the product, the English model of the product, the English company of the importer (the main body of the store), the company address of the importer’s seller, the English name and address of the European company, and the English name and address of the company.
