A foreign trade company exporting to Chile was found by the local customs and was required to charge a fine of 4,000 U.S. dollars;
There is also a company that exported to the United States, but because it did not have the "Made in China" label, it was ordered to be returned by the U.S. Customs! Not to mention the loss of round-trip transportation costs, and the delivery date was seriously delayed!
I would like to remind all cargo owners and freight forwarders that they must affix the "Made in China" label when exporting to the United States, South America, Europe and other countries!
Why do we need to label "MADE IN CHINA"?
It is common sense to affix the origin label, and the origin of products in normal foreign trade must be written.
Customs has always had this requirement, and it has always been required for customs clearance in the United States, South America, and Europe.
Therefore, it was fine if the goods were not posted on MADE IN CHINA for a period of time, because the customs did not check it.
However, the customs of these countries are now rigorously checking. If the goods are randomly checked and the "MADE IN CHINA label" is not affixed, they will be detained and returned, resulting in a delay in the time limit originally promised to the customer, and customer complaints continue. Just post it, you just do as required, don’t be too troublesome.
Specific requirements for labeling "MADE IN CHINA":
1. Whether it is the product or the outer box, it needs to be posted. It is recommended to mark MADE IN CHINA when printing the barcode of the SKU product.
2. Whether it is sea, air, or express, it must be posted, as well as overseas warehouses and private addresses.
