7Adjustment of information on seaborne export release at Shanghai Port
Recently, there will be a relatively large adjustment in the sending link of Shanghai seaborne cargo export release information. According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and actual supervision requirements, Shanghai Customs adjusted the time node of the "Export Electronic Release Information" sent to the port area to the point where the goods received the "Agree to Load" instruction, that is, the loading manifest was successfully warehousing. If the goods have not received the "Agree to Load" instruction, no export release information will be sent.
At the time of export declaration, it is necessary to pay attention to the two links of general air waybill release and loading manifest sending. First, for LCL goods, all corresponding customs declarations must be released before the release of the master air waybill can be triggered. If there is an unchecked redundant manifest in the LCL or part of the LCL has not been released, it will affect the release of the master air waybill. Second, after the master air waybill is released, the loading manifest sent needs to be consistent with the pre-allocated manifest information, especially information such as box number, gross weight, and number of pieces.
Shipping forwarders, freight forwarders, LCL companies, customs brokers, etc., are requested to further strengthen contact and cooperation, operate in strict accordance with procedures, adjust corporate system functions and optimize operating procedures as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition of this switchover.
