He said that in 2022, the Hainan Free Trade Port customs supervision framework plan and institutional preparation plan will be implemented, the pilot project of "opening the first line and controlling the second line" will be promoted, and the preparations for the island-wide customs closure will be solidly promoted.

He also said that he will actively support the construction of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, and study and formulate customs supervision measures. The establishment of comprehensive bonded zones shall be reviewed, integrated and optimized with high standards, and the supervision shall be conducted during and after the event. Promote the completion of the examination and approval adjustment reform for the establishment of bonded logistics centers, and improve the supporting system.
