Affected by the new round of epidemic situation, changes in the international situation and other unexpected factors, the supply and demand of China's foreign trade have declined at the same time. According to the data of the National Bureau of statistics, the new export order index of China's manufacturing industry fell back to 41.6% in April.

The opinions proposed to further help foreign trade enterprises seize orders and expand the market, including "promoting enterprises to make good use of online channels to expand trade transactions", "supporting the registration and certification of Chinese and Western pharmaceutical preparations and biological products by pharmaceutical enterprises", "supporting more regions to carry out second-hand car export business", etc.

Zhangxiaotao noted that the opinions proposed to strengthen the support of export credit insurance in terms of underwriting coverage and shortening claim settlement time for small, medium and micro foreign trade enterprises, which will enhance the anti risk ability of enterprises to expand diversified markets and promote the sustainable, healthy and stable development of China's foreign trade.

Maintain stability and improve quality, and promote high-quality development of foreign trade

"Support qualified cross-border e-commerce related enterprises to apply for high-tech enterprises", "encourage innovative, green and high value-added products to explore the international market"... The opinions set out the key points for promoting the innovative development of foreign trade.

"Innovation is the best choice for foreign trade enterprises to meet various challenges and achieve breakthrough." Zhaoping said that cross-border e-commerce is an important direction and starting point for the innovative development of China's foreign trade. To support cross-border e-commerce in applying for high-tech enterprises is to extend the support policies for high-tech enterprises to the field of cross-border e-commerce and promote the innovative development of cross-border e-commerce.

The comprehensive bonded zone is an important growth pole of China's foreign trade export, and the bonded maintenance business belongs to the innovative business of the comprehensive bonded zone.

The opinions are clear, cultivate a new batch of import trade promotion innovation demonstration zones, and strengthen the cultivation and construction of import promotion platforms. Support the gradual transfer of labor-intensive foreign trade industries in China, support enterprises to carry out "two ends out" bonded maintenance in the comprehensive bonded zone, and support the stable development of processing trade.

Zhaoping believes that China's foreign trade bonded maintenance business has great development potential and high added value, which can organically combine trade in goods and trade in services. Stabilizing the processing trade in the bonded area and promoting the sustainable development of new trade formats in the bonded area are not only conducive to the short-term stability of foreign trade, but also conducive to the high-quality development of foreign trade.
