Li Xingqian emphasized that China's position in the global industrial chain and supply chain structure is still consolidated. China has a complete industrial system and has obvious advantages in infrastructure, industrial supporting capabilities and professional talents. The business environment is also continuously optimized, and the attractiveness of the super-large market is constantly increasing. In the first four months of this year, the actual use of foreign capital across the country increased by 20.5% year-on-year, or 26.1% year-on-year in US dollars.
