Item restrictions, to provide greater convenience for the import and export of enterprises.

If an enterprise imports more than 20 items of goods in a batch, it needs to apply for multiple certificates of origin, and divide the manifests in batches. Carry out customs declaration. The new version of the China-Korea Free Trade Agreement certificate of origin cancels this restriction, which will help reduce the cost of customs declaration for enterprises and further increase the enthusiasm of enterprises to take advantage of the certificate of origin.

In terms of exports, the customs will fully use the new version of the certificate from June 12, and stop issuing the old version of the certificate. After June 12, if the enterprise applies to change the old certificate, the customs will issue the new certificate. In terms of import, the customs can accept the new certificate issued by South Korea from June 12, 2022 and the old certificate issued before June 11, 2022 (including June 11).

Wujiang Customs reminds relevant enterprises to switch between old and new versions of certificates in a timely manner to avoid misuse of certificate versions, which will affect the normal customs clearance of goods.
