In particular, China firmly advocates the construction of an open world economy, maintains the multilateral trading system, insists on opening up to the outside world at a high level, and promotes high-quality development, which will inject impetus into the recovery and development of the world economy and create favorable conditions for the international development of private enterprises. Private enterprises must strengthen their confidence, have a correct view of the current situation, maintain strategic focus, continue to actively and prudently go out, and achieve better development in a higher level of opening up.


He believes that the participation of private enterprises in the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" is still in an important period of opportunity, and encourages the majority of private enterprises to adhere to the principles of extensive consultation, joint construction and sharing and the sustainable goal of benefiting people's livelihood with high standards, continue to expand international production capacity cooperation, and actively and prudently carry out healthy development. , green, digital innovation and other new fields, and cultivate new advantages in international trade cooperation and competition centered on technical standards, quality, and brand services.


He suggested that in the process of going overseas, private enterprises should not only pay attention to complying with the hard regulations of corporate compliance, but also pay more attention to "soft rules" such as differences in value and culture at home and abroad. Abide by local laws and regulations, respect local customs and habits, incorporate social responsibility into overseas business strategies, strengthen the construction of environment-friendly projects, care for corporate employees, actively participate in local public welfare and charity, and better integrate into local society.


He also said that private enterprises should take the initiative to improve the development environment, focus on strengthening public relations management, and actively strengthen communication with stakeholders such as local, trade unions and other non-organized news organizations and communities, strive to gain more understanding and support, and publicize objectively and truthfully. The production and construction of enterprise projects, their contribution to increasing the well-being of local people, telling the story of private enterprises well, and establishing a good image of Chinese enterprises.
