Wenzhou took the opportunity of the national-level market procurement trade pilot project to build a trade zone of the International Trade City for Delivery and Transportation, and set up special service points to provide full-process agency services such as trade agency, logistics, customs declaration and inspection for settled individual merchants.

The vast number of individual merchants can also easily "sell the world", which is inseparable from the establishment of a normalized docking mechanism between relevant functional departments in Wenzhou and ports, enterprises, shipping, and freight forwarding. "Through intensive docking, we capture the latest market demand in a timely manner, and collect and respond to corporate demands as soon as possible," said the relevant person in charge of the Foreign Trade Office of the Wenzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce.

It is precisely based on the seamless connection between functional departments and the market that Wenzhou has made frequent moves in international trade exports since the beginning of this year: the freighter route to Tokyo has been restored, and the all-cargo route to Osaka and the near-ocean direct route to Vietnam and Thailand have been added. The expansion of international trade channels and the increase in orders have made Kangnai Group, an old shoe company in Wenzhou, encounter a happy "trouble". Due to the limited production capacity of the headquarters, Kangnai Group had to send the foreign trade production bonded materials to subsidiaries outside the province for processing. However, according to the process regulations, it was necessary to go through the cross-customs area supervision procedures and pay the risk guarantee. This "annoyance" was captured in time by the docking mechanism. Zheng Laili, president of Kangnai Group, said that at the beginning of this year, with the joint efforts of Wenzhou Customs and Suzhou Customs, the cross-customs zone enterprise group processing trade supervision reform model was implemented in Kangnai, and when companies within the group carried out bonded goods outbound processing business to each other , which not only saves the supervision procedures, but also the guarantee money, which greatly reduces the institutional transaction cost. In the first half of this year, the international trade export of Kangnai Group reached more than 100 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30%.

With precise policies, the export potential of more and more companies has been stimulated. In the first half of this year, Wenzhou achieved a total import and export value of 142.66 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30.8%; exports were 121.79 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 36.4%; import and export growth rates ranked first in the province.
