CCPIT is one of the statutory bodies for issuing certificates of origin in my country. In the first seven months of this year, the national trade promotion system issued a total of 2.715 million certificates of origin, with a total amount of 233.31 billion US dollars. There are three specific characteristics:
First, the growth rate is fast. In the first seven months, the amount of visas increased by 23.7% year-on-year, reflecting that my country's foreign trade continued to maintain a stable and positive trend. Among them, there were 1.9706 million non-preferential certificates of origin with an amount of US$198.834 billion, a year-on-year increase of 22.28%; and 744.9 thousand preferential certificates of origin with an amount of US$34.474 billion, a year-on-year increase of 32.35%.
Second, the number of service enterprises is large and wide. A total of more than 80,000 foreign trade enterprises in 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country have issued certificates of origin, involving electromechanical, chemical, textile, automobile and other industries.
Third, the Certificate of Origin of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) has become a new growth point. In the first 7 months, 70,200 RCEP certificates of origin were issued, with an amount of 3.432 billion US dollars. The exporting countries covered 12 member states that have implemented the agreement, and there were more than 15,000 certificate companies. It is expected to reduce tariffs for Chinese products in RCEP importing member countries. About $52 million.
The new version of "General Average Adjustment Rules" will be implemented

Sun Xiao said that the revision of the "Beijing Adjustment Rules" reconstructs and interprets the general average system, absorbs the latest achievements and relevant regulations of the development of the international general average system, and promotes the professionalization, standardization and internationalization of maritime services. The content is more concise, easy to understand, and more conducive to promotion and implementation. This is not only an objective need for my country to build a maritime power, but also an inevitable requirement for my country to achieve a high level of opening up.
"It is hoped that more and more companies will use the revised adjustment rules in foreign trade transportation and marine insurance related contracts to efficiently resolve possible maritime trade disputes and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests." Sun Xiao said.
