We handle export mainly in three ways: 1. Self operated export; 2. Export agency; 3. Pay for export.

01 Self operated export

Scope of application: ① Professional foreign trade companies; ② It is a factory specializing in international trade. They have the right to import and export, and have their own personnel to handle customs declaration and inspection, foreign exchange settlement and tax refund procedures. We won't say much here.

02 Agent export

Scope of application: ① General taxpayer enterprises do not have their own import and export rights, or they have import and export rights but have no experience in handling import and export procedures; ② Domestic dealers and individuals, whose factories are general taxpayer enterprises. (The key is to apply for export tax rebate subsidy to the state with the invoice)

Export agency is a form in which an ordinary taxpayer enterprise or a dealer or individual who can obtain a special VAT invoice entrusts a foreign trade agency to handle import and export procedures and obtain export tax rebate subsidies without import and export rights or export experience. Foreign trade agency companies are equivalent to professional foreign trade companies. They can use their import and export rights to help us handle collection and settlement of foreign exchange, customs declaration and inspection, tax refund and other work.

In fact, generally, factories and individuals just doing foreign trade will do foreign trade through the agency of export, because the agency company can help customs declaration and inspection, foreign exchange tax refund and so on. After a period of cooperation, the factory will expand, and after the export process is straightened out, they can apply for import and export rights themselves.

There are several advantages to export through agency: First, we are just doing foreign trade, and we are not familiar with the export process. The customs and other relevant departments need to make some connections. Finding a powerful foreign trade agency can get twice the result with half the effort; The second is to save labor costs. For self operated exports, special personnel are required to run receipts, commodity inspection and tax refund. How much do you calculate your salary? Now the agency export cost is generally low, generally about 0.5% of the value of goods. Within the acceptable range, it saves time and labor, and is safe and convenient. Why not?

In addition, small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force of China's foreign trade and even the entire Chinese economy. Now the state is also increasing efforts to support small and medium-sized enterprises and help them expand their import and export. The government not only encourages and supports more small and medium-sized enterprises to do foreign trade through agency export, reduces our export costs, and promotes the innovative development of international trade, but also has certain policies and preferential subsidies, so it will become more and more convenient for us to do foreign trade in the future.

03 Paying for export

Scope of application: ① No invoice and no business license. ② Small scale taxpayers. ③ Individual. ④ Workshop. ⑤ Domestic dealers, individuals and factories that take the goods cannot issue VAT invoices. ⑥ Enterprises with relatively low tax rebates.

The common feature of all the above situations is that we cannot issue invoices, so we do not pay taxes, so we do not need to apply for tax refund. This saves such a link of issuing invoices to pay taxes and then applying for export tax refund. So in this case, we just need to find a professional and regular freight forwarding company to buy an "export verification sheet" (cost 100-200 yuan) after receiving foreign orders, and then go through the normal customs declaration.

As long as the goods pass the customs declaration and are released smoothly, the process of paying bills for customs declaration is completed. Next, the freight forwarder will help us handle the normal export shipment transportation. We don't need to worry about these processes, just entrust them to the freight forwarding company.

So now we can know that it is very complicated to do foreign trade, and it is difficult to handle exports. It belongs to the scope of "self operated exports". After the goods are transported to the port, they will have a customs broker to help you go through the customs clearance procedures, load the goods into containers, and prepare to send them to foreigners.

8. After the goods are on board, the freight forwarder will give you the bill of lading. If you send the bill of lading to the customer and the goods arrive at the port of the foreigner, he can pick up the goods with the bill of lading.
