According to the data from China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd., from January to July this year, 3132 China Europe trains entering and leaving the country via Manzhouli and Suifenhe ports, the "East Passage" of China Europe trains, delivered 299808 TEUs of goods, up 16.4% and 16.2% year on year respectively.

In the first half of this year, there were 373 Chinese and European trains entering and leaving the country through Suifenhe Port, and 34942 TEUs of goods were delivered, up 74.3% and 82.9% year on year respectively.

Since 2013, the number of inbound and outbound China EU trains at Manzhouli Port has been growing continuously. In 2020, 3548 China Europe trains will be available at Manzhouli Port, with a year-on-year growth of 35.1%; The number of China EU trains passing through Manzhouli Port in the year will exceed 4000 for the first time in 2021.

It is understood that in the first half of this year, the capacity expansion and reconstruction project of Manzhouli Station International Freight Yard was successfully completed. The daily container reloading volume of the station was increased from 420 TEUs to 840 TEUs. The number of railway freight cars was changed from manual entry to automatic identification, and the vehicle operation efficiency was greatly improved.

"It took more than 6 years for Manzhouli Station to complete the first 5000 trains, and it took only one year to complete the first 10000 trains to 15000 trains. Under the epidemic situation, the port has achieved a counter trend growth." Liu Hongliang, deputy head of Manzhouli Station, said.

Make every effort to ensure smooth customs clearance

Heilongjiang Province is the "frontier" of China's opening up to the north. In recent years, the port business environment of Heilongjiang Province has been continuously optimized, which has injected strong impetus into the development of international trade.

Relevant person in charge of Harbin Customs said that at present, various preferential enterprise reform measures of the customs have been fully implemented in Heilongjiang Province. The customs clearance modes such as "customs clearance integration", "Internet+24 hour reservation customs clearance" and "advance declaration" can be independently selected by enterprises, and the efficiency of enterprise customs clearance can be significantly improved by means of guarantee inspection and release, release before detection, and reliance on the inspection results of third-party institutions.

It is reported that in order to ensure the fast entry and exit of China Europe trains, Suifenhe Station has opened up a green channel for cargo transportation and reduced non production operation time. While doing well in epidemic prevention at all links, the staff communicate with the customs and freight forwarders in advance and share information.

Manzhouli Station adheres to the principle of "people working together for prevention, joint prevention and control", strengthens the management of port workplaces, equipment and facilities and staff, cooperates with the local epidemic prevention department to do a good job in sampling inspection and preventive disinfection of port goods, conducts closed management of more than 1200 people in more than 40 key posts, such as handover personnel, and regularly organizes nucleic acid testing.

Promote the steady development of foreign trade

At present, there are 22 operation lines of China Europe trains passing through Manzhouli and Suifenhe ports. The main cargo gathering places cover dozens of cities in China, such as Guangzhou and Suzhou. The trains reach more than ten European countries. The categories of goods transported are increasingly rich, including daily necessities, industrial machinery, etc.

Harbin Dongjian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has exported large construction equipment to Europe for many years. In 2017, the company's products began to take the China Europe train, which greatly shortened the transportation time.

According to Harbin Customs data, in the first seven months of this year, the total value of imports and exports of goods in Heilongjiang Province in international trade was 145.06 billion yuan, up 31.9% over the same period last year, including 114.35 billion yuan of imports and exports of Heilongjiang Province to countries along the "the Belt and Road", up 38.9% over the same period last year.
