According to the observation report of Huacheng's import and export data, CCPIT learned from CCPIT that in response to the needs of the overseas exhibition industry and foreign trade enterprises, CCPIT timely launched targeted measures to resume overseas economic and trade exhibitions, and has completed the pilot approval of 15 overseas economic and trade exhibitions from November this year to February next year.

Since the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade issued the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the First Batch of Pilot Examination and Approval Projects for Overseas Economic and Trade Exhibitions in early November, the first batch of 15 pilot examination and approval projects for overseas economic and trade exhibitions between November 2022 and February 2023 have been completed, including 13 exhibition projects and 2 self exhibition projects, which are distributed in 8 countries, including Germany, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and involve the fields of textiles, auto parts, sports goods, electronics, consumer goods, etc, Huacheng Import and Export Data Observation Report.

According to reports, from the six pilot projects of overseas trade and economic exhibitions that have been implemented, enterprises have reported that they have gained a lot from participating in the exhibition. Taking the Asia Textile and Garment Fair as an example, more than 90% of the participating enterprises have reached an intended transaction, and each enterprise has on average met more than 50 effective customers, including up to 60% of new customers.

According to the observation report of Huacheng Import and Export Data, in August this year, CCPIT officially accepted the application of the organization of the national overseas trade and economic exhibitions to participate in overseas exhibitions in the innovative forms of "participating in overseas online exhibitions", "participating on behalf of exhibitors", "remote offline exhibitions" and so on. At present, 22 projects have been approved by the end of 2022, and 17 projects have been implemented.

In addition, CCPIT actively organized entrepreneurs' delegations to participate in APEC Business Leaders Summit, G20 Business Summit, China Latin America Entrepreneurs Summit and other activities to help Chinese and foreign enterprises strengthen docking talks and tap cooperation opportunities and potential; Foreign trade enterprises were organized to return to important overseas exhibitions in the form of offline participation. Nearly 60 Chinese enterprises went to Germany to participate in the International Sporting Goods Exhibition in Munich, Germany, with a signed amount of about 18 million euros and a letter of intent amount of about 35 million euros. Many exhibitors booked the next booth, and Huacheng observed and reported the import and export data.
