Recently, a batch of cross-border e-commerce export goods completed customs supervision and clearance procedures in the Cross border E-commerce Supervision Center of the Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone.
It is understood that there are 86 standard containers in this batch of goods, which are declared through the model of direct export list of cross-border e-commerce enterprises to enterprises. After the customs clearance and clearance of Jiaozhou Customs under Qingdao Customs, we will take the China Europe Express (Qilu) cross-border e-commerce special train in the near future, which will be sent from the multimodal transport center of the Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone and sent overseas through Manzhouli Port.
"As the end of the year approaches, the demand for international trade export of holiday products and small household appliances continues to grow, and customers are scrambling for orders and urgent shipments," said Lu Junlin, general manager of Qingdao Oushunhang Cross border E-Commerce Co., Ltd.
According to the statistics of National Railway Group Co., Ltd., in the first 10 months of this year, 13,685 China Europe regular trains were operated in total, and 1.329 million TEUs of goods were delivered, up 9% year on year.
Industry insiders said that in the context of the global economic contraction, China EU trains have steadily increased and become the "artery" of international trade across the Eurasian continent. The stable and efficient transport of China Europe trains has attracted more and more enterprises to expand the international trade market through railway logistics.
In the first 10 months of this year, while the China EU regular train has been growing steadily, the volume of container trains for sea rail intermodal transport in the new land sea channel in the west has also been growing continuously, with 621000 TEUs of goods delivered, up 21% year on year.
On September 28, 2017, Chongqing Customs supervised and released the first normalized rail sea intermodal train of the new land sea channel in the west of China at the Tuanjie Village Central Station. As of September this year, Chongqing Customs has supervised and released more than 7500 international railway and rail sea intermodal trains passing through the new land and sea channel in the west of Chongqing, with more than 350,000 standard containers of goods transported, and the accumulated value of goods transported is more than 50 billion yuan; The supervision and release of cross-border highway regular buses of the new land and sea channel in the west exceeded 10000 trips and 23000 standard containers of goods, with a total value of about 6.1 billion yuan.
The new land sea channel in the west connects the Silk Road Economic Belt in the north and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road in the south. It is faster, more provincial and better. It effectively solves the international logistics problems in the western region, attracts the logistics and trade along the line, and drives the western region to more deeply integrate into the global industrial pattern. After five years of development, the transportation of goods through the new land and sea channel in western China has increased from the initial dozens of categories such as ceramics and plates to more than 640 categories such as auto parts, computer parts, and new energy vehicles, which has become a strong engine driving the economic development of the western region and unblocking the domestic and international double cycle.
In addition, since this year, by seizing the opportunities brought by the implementation of RCEP, the new western land sea channel has also strengthened the organization of international trade import and export goods sources, opened sea rail combined transport trains such as "Jiangxi Nanchang Qinzhou Vietnam", and promoted the high-quality development of foreign trade trains in the channel.
The insiders said that in the context of the epidemic, the previous single logistics mode was facing great challenges. The new land sea channel can provide multiple transportation modes such as railway sea, railway highway and high seas to meet the needs of international trade enterprises, and is also conducive to ensuring the stability of the industrial chain supply chain. At the same time, RCEP provides greater space for China ASEAN cooperation through the new land sea channel in the west. As a trade corridor directly connecting the vast inland hinterland of China and the ASEAN region, with the continuous release of the dividend of the RCEP policy, the new channel along the new land sea channel in the west also generates more demand for cargo transportation.
