Now, the same electronic quota certificate can be used to declare at different ports at any time, and there is no limit on the number of verification and cancellation of electronic quota certificates. This measure is one of the ten measures issued by the General Administration of Customs to promote the stability and quality of foreign trade, and is expected to bring customs clearance convenience to tens of thousands of enterprises in the initial stage.
