The cooperation between the two sides is based on relevant international recommendations and standards to maintain technical neutrality and promote compatibility, and ensure that the data transmission between the two countries is timely, accurate and safe through the "single window". Through cooperation, a "single window" cooperation model that meets the trade needs of the government agencies and business communities of the two countries has been built to realize the rapid, seamless and safe interconnection of the "single window" between the two countries, and to improve the level of international trade facilitation between the two countries.

As comprehensive strategic partners, China and Mongolia have continuously deepened and expanded their cooperation in the field of economy and trade. In recent years, in the context of the "the Belt and Road" cooperation, China Mongolia bilateral trade volume has repeatedly hit new highs, laying a solid foundation for the two countries to carry out exchanges and cooperation in the field of international trade "single window". According to the agreement, the two sides will establish a working mechanism, carry out cooperation and consultation, share practical experience, continue to promote the implementation of cooperation projects, promote trade facilitation and security between the two countries, and jointly inject new impetus into strengthening bilateral international trade exchanges.
